Caption: (NY22-Dec.3) SISTERLY TIP SUGGESTED-- The West Berlin tabloid BZ today suggested that Britain's Princess Margaret, left, give her sister, Queen Elizabeth II, the name of her dressmaker. The article showed pictures of the Princess in a white evening gown with an ermine stole and the Queen in a mink jacket and taffeta skirt. The newspaper said the Queen's skirt appeared to have an uneven hem and suggested the Princess give her some sisterly advice.
