Caption: Washington, Dec. 16--Bad Medicine for the Doctors--C. Jackson Grayson pauses for a moment during his Washington news conference Wednesday during which he said his Price commission has ruled doctors must limit their increases to 2.5 per cent a year and hospitals to 6 per cent a year. this is believed to be the government's first attempt to regulate medical costs across the board in the United States.
