Description
Caption: 32 fire units battle blazeThirty-two fire-fighting units from Detroit went to a five-alarm fire - the most critical designation in fire-fighting - Saturday afternoon. The fire destroyed the Chemserve Corp. warehouse, adjacent to Lehigh Park in southwest Detroit. The blaze was discovered around 12:30 p.m. by the company's owner. Aram Moroian. No one was injured in the fire, which poured black, heavy smoke into the afternoon sky and was visible for miles.
