Caption: Chicago, Jan. 11, 1966--The Archbishop Is Just A Fireman At Heart--Donning fireman's attire over clerical suit, Archbishop John Patrick Cody gratifies interest second to priesthood while visiting Chicago fire station. Chicago's Roman Catholic leader chose priesthood at 12 in St. Louis Mo., where his father once was a deputy fire chief. Shortly after this picture was made, the Archbishop went with firemen to a fire and watched a woman brought down a ladder by firemen.
