Caption: Washington: Attorney General Ramsey Clark is stern-faced as he testifies before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee (3/21). Clark told the subcommittee that reform of the federal Jury selection process was overdue. It was his first appearance before a Congressional Committee on behalf of legislation connected with civil rights since he became Attorney General on March 10.
