Caption: World record is the claim of George Packham, of Newport, R.I., for this 20-pound, 11-ounce blackfish. It is 33 inches long with a 23-inch "waistline." Packham caught the whopper from a boat with a 30-pound test line. The present rod and reel record is 18-pounds, 6-ounces caught last October.
