Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip announced today another break in tradition on bringing up bluebloods, --they're sending princess Anne to school like other kids. Anne, 13 next month, who has been tutored privately in Buckingham Palace, is to enroll at fashionable Benenden School Sept. 20.
