Caption: Washington, April 27, 1967--Checks Report on Dodd--Senator John Stennis, D-Miss., checks the Senate Ethics Committee report on Senator Thomas Dodd today before presenting it to the Senate. The committee, headed by Stennis, recommended that Dodd be censured for conduct it said "is contrary to accepted morals, derogates the public trust expected of a senator and tends to bring the Senate into dishonor and disrepute.".
