Caption: (WX6) ANNAPOLIS,MD., June 3,-- NUMBER ONE NAVAL CADET-- Midshipman Captain Carlisle A. H. Trost, 23-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer H. Trost of Columbia, III., commander of the U.S. Naval academy brigade of 3500 men, is the honor man this year with an overall four-year average of 93.15 p.c. Trost led his class three of his four years. He will be first to get his diploma on Friday and after a leave will report for duty on the Atlantic fleet escort destroyer USS Robert Owens.
