Caption: FloodTaylor, Mich., April 14 - Submerged - Four cars are submerged in a pool of water at Beach-Daly Road under I-94, after flash flooding due to heavy rain Friday night in the Detroit metro area. More than 30,000 homes were without electricity Saturday, almost a week after last Sunday's severe ice storm which hit the same area.
