Description
Caption: July 2 - Arrested on Principle - Stephen Smith, brother-in-law of the late John F. Kennedy, was arrested Tuesday in New York City for refusal to pay a 60-cent cab fare. Smith told police the cab driver drove in the wrong direction of his destination. After Smith complained, the drive took him to the right place without charge but demanded the original fare.
