Caption: Tuscon, Ariz., Feb. 21--Two Pencil Man--J.C. Snead, Hot Springs, Va., uses two pencils, one to chew on, another to write with, as he totes up his score in the second round of Tuscon Open today. Snead added a 71 to go with his first round 66 to be the early leader of second round. Tournament has been postponed two days account of weather. Plans call for 36 holes Monday.
