Caption: LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16--MICKEY COHEN ARRESTED ON TAX CHARGE--Mickey Cohen, ex-convict with a lavish style of living, is handcuffed and in custody of a federal officer as he arrives at the Federal Building in Los Angeles today following his arrest on income tax charges. He is accused in a 13-count indictment of evading $347,000 for the years 1956 through 1958. He maintains his income comes from loans from friends.
