Caption: Jan, 14, 1964--Heads 'Black Sash' Movement In South Africa--Mrs. Jean Sinclair, wife of a Johannesburg accountant and mother of five children, is the president of the "Black Sash" movement in white-ruled South Africa. The group has been conducting silent protestations against South Africa's apartheid laws.
