Caption: (NY58-OCT.10) BASEBALL EXECUTIVE STRICKEN--John Quinn, 59, general manger of the Philadelphia Phillies baseball club, collapsed at a news luncheon in Philadelphia today. His condition at first appeared serious and he was rushed to a hospital. Later, however, after he regained consciousness, doctors said the ailment was not serious, but did not say what afflicted Quinn.
