Caption: WEST HARTFORD, Conn., June 14--A MOMENT'S PAUSE--Julie Nixon Eisenhower waits for her interpreter, Mrs. Ethel Giett, to catch up with her as she gave the address at graduation ceremonies Thursday at the American School for the Deal in West Hartford. As Mrs. Eisenhower spoke, Mrs. Giett translated her words into sign language.
