Caption: One of Southfield's largest office developments recently opened its latest phase. It's the 400 Galleria Officentre building off Northwestern Highway. Isuzu motors America Inc. has moved in its national headquarters. Other tenants will include the architectural form Kenneth Neumann/Joel Smith and Associates, which designed the building. The developer was Forbes Cohenemer Associates.
