Regina Parks, 18, of Montgomery, was crowned Miss Alabama World Monday night at the Holiday Inn Civic Center. A graduate of Jefferson Davis High School, she plans to attend Troy State University this fall. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Parks of Montgomery. First runner-up was Ivy Hyche, 23 of Tuscaloosa, second runner-up, Gloria Mosley, 19, of Mobile, and third Twaunta Roper, 20 of Birmingham.
