1980 Press Photo Altrusa Club donated dolls to Salvation Army in Huntsville

For several years, the Altrusa Club in Huntsville has coordinated a doll-dressing program, with the Salvation Army distributing the dolls at Christmas time. This year, 450 dolls were dressed by home economics students at Grissom, Huntsville, Lee and Butler High Schools and by other organizations. With the dolls are Mrs. Barbara McWilliams, left, auxiliary Salvation Army captain and a member of the Altrusa Club, and Mrs. Louise Rodgers, Altrusa chairman of the project. Birmingham, Alabama.
