Paris: French President Charles de Gaulle (right) and West German Chancellor Kurt Georg Kiesinger shake hands following private discussions on Franco-German relations at Elysee Palace here Feb. 16. The meeting was followed by a conference in which the cabinet ministers of both countries participate. Kiesinger and his government officials are scheduled to leave for Bonn later February 16 following the wind-up of the two-day semi-annual talks.
