Paris: Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru (left) and French President Charles de Gaulle stand on steps of Elysee Palace here 5/8 after historic meeting of 2 leaders. De Gaulle and Nehru met to exchange views on major world problems on eve of East-West summit conference, which starts at Elysee Palace 5/16. Nehru, who has been attending the British Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Conference in London, was in Paris only one day for "private" visit with de Gaulle.
