Chicago - This cook sextet, sipping soup they've just prepared, won the title of the 1940 National 4-H Club Cooking Champions, held in conjunction with the International Livestock Show at Chicago. Cottrell, 17, West Kingston, RI, Joan Virginia Taylor, 18, Adrian, MN. Each receives a $250 college scholarship.
