Photo shows scene and reenactment of how Miss Ruth Muir of Riverside, California, Young Women's Christian Association worker was slain at La Jolla, California while on her way back to Riverside from a vacation in San Antonio, Texas. Detectives claim that she was beaten with an iron pope in manner shown above.
