1947 Press Photo Two Persons Shown Injured in Explosion of Three Story Building

Two of the undetermined number of persons injured in the explosion which leveled a three-story building in Chicago's Loop on March 2, are shown in St. Luke's Hospital. Harry Greenberg, left, a streetcar conductor, was slightly injured as his trolley passed near the explosion; Hyman Golden, right, was on the eighth floor of a nearby building when the explosion occurred.

Photo is dated 1947.
