In route to Valley Forge, where he will deliver a Memorial Dad address on that historic spot, President Herbert Hoover is feted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is presented with a portrait of himself excuted by Piliges Costa. A small communistic demonstration marked the President's advent into Philadelphia. Here the Chief Executive is seen with George S. Patterson, President of the Union League Club, entering the Union League Club where he was tendered a dinner.
