Credit - ACME and NEA In Jersey City, New Jersey, Lieut. Col. H.F. Kremer, of the US Army, with Mrs. Kremer (left) and daughter, Betty, as they arrived at Jersey City on the American Scantic Liner Scanmail, as the ship completed her last voyage to Europe under the American flag, having been sold to Lloyd Brasileiro Line, to operate under the Brazilian flag. Kremer, former instructor at the Command and General Staff School, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, said he had been attending the German War College in Berlin and had spent eight weeks with the German Army at their maneuvers. He said he would make a full report of his observations to the proper authorities in Washington. After which he will be assigned to the 19th Infantry at Fort Benning, Georgia.
