Caption: "Let somebody else blow your horn." That's the slogan M. Jane Kay and Joe Kozo are hoping will empty Detroit-area attics, basements, and garages of band instruments parents placed when their tots tired of tooting them. Kay is corporate leadership president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan. Kozo is the Clubs' executive director. Both are looking for a few good band instruments.
