Caption: Spread across the slickness of House and Garden (September) is Detroiter Kieth Johnson, who grew up in Windsor and game here in the 70s to learn about art at the Center for Creative Studies. Johnson, former anarchist artist, is a world-class entrepreneur. As owner of Detroit?s Urban Architecture, in the Park Shelton on Kirby, he is the hugely successful, sole U.S. representative of Memphis and Meta-Memphis furniture.
