The Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce will honor Horace Sheffield, executive director of the Detroit Association of Black Organizations, and David Lawrence Jr., publisher and chairman of the Detroit Free Press, with its Summit Awards June 22 at the chamber's annual meeting.
