Caption: Who's that?He was born on the east side in 1953 and started his platter at age 13 on WYNZ in Ypsilanti, where he was said to be the youngest disc jockey in the country then to hold an FCC license. He joined WNIC in 1977 and now wears three hats as program director , vice-president/director of programming for WNIC and Josephino Radio Stations, and half of the Harper and Gannon morning radio team. Who's that ? Jim Harper.
