Randolph McPate, Marine Corps Commandant a Marine Barracks ceremony here last night. St left is Sergeant Major Wilbur Bestwick of Sabetha, Kansas, who had held the post since it was created in May 1957. The post is the senior enlisted billet in the corps. He serves at headquarters here to assist the commandant as the personal representative of all enlisted Marines.
