Caption: Tom Estes:In the US district court action Estes admitted that he lied on an application for a $550,000 loan from Manufacturer's Bank of south field in 1980 and that he got $350,000 from city national bank by giving false information to attorney Basil Briggs.Who got the loan with the information.Estes faces a maximum sentence of up to 3 years imprisonment or $20,000 fine.
