Caption: INSPECT RAYBURN PORTRAIT—Former President Harry Truman and House Speaker John McCormack inspect a portrait of the late Speaker Sam Rayburn today after it was hung in the House of Representatives' "Hall of Fame." The oil painting previously had been in the Speaker's private office and was moved to a place of prominence in the members' lobby, just off the House Chamber where portraits of about 30 other Speakers are displayed.
