Caption: New York, Dec. 17 - Urge Space Treaty - U.S. chief delegate Arthur Goldberg, left, and Soviet head delegate Nikolai T. Federenko, right, presented these studies today at United Nations, N.Y. as they addressed the U.N. General Assembly's main political committee. Both urged the committee for unanimous U.N. approval for a treaty banning warlike activities in outer space. The committee approved the treaty unanimously.
