Caption: (BACK Caption and Handwritten)Fed Hagen"That's Cool Art""Putting the finishing touches on Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is Fred Hagen, executive chef o the Sheraton-Cadillac Hotel. Hagen used 35,000 pounds of colorful ice to create Rudolph, Santa and the rest of his reindeer. The exhibit created annually by Hagen will be on display on Washington Blvd opposite the Sheraton-Cadillac until Tuesday - barring a sudden thaw.
