Caption: Mrs. Ruth Sulzberger Golden, above, was named today as publisher of the Chattanooga Times and president of the Time Printing Co. by the board of directors. The same board accepted the resignation of Ben Hale Golden, husband of Mrs. Golden, from both positions. Mrs. Golden filed suit for divorce from Golden last Friday.
