Caption: First Visit to the City -- Dr. Philip Blaiberg, the longest surviving heart transplant patient, walks with his daughter, Jill, in Cape Town, South Africa, recently. It was Dr. Blaiberg's first trip to the city since his discharge from the Groote Schuur Hospital on Sept. 26. His transplant operation by Dr. Christian Barnard was on Jan. 2.
