Caption: NEW YORK, Feb. 13--INTEREST TURNS TO STOCK AVERAGES--Al Rosen, left, Cleveland Indians third baseman for seven seasons, talks to Harold L. Bache about his plans to devote full time to the brokerage business. He will be assistant to the resident partner of the brokerage firm of Bache & Co. in the Cleveland office. Rosen announced his plans yesterday, saying that he was retiring from baseball "before it retired me.".
