Caption: (NY5-Dec. 9) PROPOSED FACT-FINDERS -- George Meany, left, president of the American Federation of Labor, and Richard Slocum, right, general manager of the Philadelphia Bulletin, were proposed yesterday as fact-finders in dispute between photo-engravers and New York City publishers as they accepted a compromise to end engravers' strike.
