Caption: Los Angeles, July 12 - He Predicts A Victory - Sen. Frank Church of Idaho, 35-year-old keynoter and temporary chairman of the Democratic national convention, tells cheering delegates last night that this is the year of victory - that they're going to best Vice President Nixon of the GOP. His speech highlighted the convention's opening session in Los Angeles' Sports Arena.
