Dewey (left) of New York talks with Republican Senators Arthur Vandenberg of Michigan (center) and Robert Taft of Ohio at a reception tonight proceeding a Lincoln Day dinner here. Gov. Dewey was scheduled to be principal speaker. Sen. Taft, dressed informally, left after the reception to attend a night session of the Senate Labor Committee.
