Caption: MAN OF YEAR'-Nat Fleischer (above), whose annual ring record book is "bible" of the boxing trade, will be honored tomorrow night by the New York Boxing Managers Guild as the "man of the year in 1948." Nat's latest edition showing won and lost records of some 3,387 fighters is just off the press.
