Caption: FURNITURE COLLECTOR items, including a footstool buried in an Egyptian tomb more than 3,000 years ago, are on display in Grand Rapids as a new attraction for visitors. Mrs. Mary Ver Strate shows an ornate English sedan chair. She is a receptionist for Baker Furniture Co. here. Known as the Baker Museum and Craft Shop, the display is in the Exhibitors Building.
