Former Woodlawn prep footballers Roy Smalley (left) and Bobby Bowden got to do some visiting Monday at the Birmingham Monday Morning Quarterback Club luncheon. Birmingham businessman Smalley introduced the Florida State head coach to Quarterback Club members. Bowden endorsed the NCAA's 30-scholarship limit as a boon to squads such as his.
