Concordia Lutheran Church has moved to a new building in Chalkville "right in the very heart of the community we serve." according to Reverend Mario Lemke. The doors to its newly constructed sanctuary swung open two weeks ago on Old Springville Road after 25 years of moving from East Lake to Huffman to Center Point and finally to Chalkville. The church will hold its first community open house, local pastors from other churches in the eastern area will speak at the Sunday service.
