1983 Press Photo Vestavia Hills Police - William Delgrosso, Officer of the Year

Vestavia Hills Police - The Vestavia Hills Exchange Club recently named Sergeant William Delgrosso as "Officer of the Year" in the over-the-mountain city. The ceremony honoring Delgrosso was held at the Vestavia Country Club. Members of the Vestavia Hills Police Department voted Delgrosso the honor. Gary Pears, president of the Exchange Club, presented the plaque to the 8-year veteran of the department. Delgrosso, 29, is married and lives in Bluff Park.
