A tall,broad-shouldered man with white hair lumbered out of the big blue van and strolled toward the cluster of police cars containing three juvenile burglary suspects. "Yep, that's one," he said, peering into the first squad car. "He's another one of them," he said at the second car. Police said all three of the youngsters are members of the BAQ gang.
