Parson's Board President Charles C. Wing, Jr. (left) and Property Committee Chairman Clarence Parker watch as final adjustments are made to the sign on the child care agency's new offices at the West Mall Office Plaza in Albany. Parsons administrative offices, Foster Care/Adoption and Regional Adoption Programs are now located at 845 Central Avenue, while all other programs will continue to operate at the Center's 60 Academy Road campus. Wing is treasurer of R. B. Wing and Son, and Parker is an architect with the New York State Office of General Services.
