Albany, New York - Frank J. Whalen, 2 Lincoln Avenue, is the center of attention at his retirement party in the Knights of Columbus Hall in Rensselaer. Richard F. Turner, left, Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, and Edward Jones, retired assistant superintendent of the Hudson-Mohawk division, present Mr. Whalen a gift. A native of Rensselaer, Mr. Whalen has served 48 years with the New York Central Railroad, his last post as engine dispatcher
