The Five Power Naval Conference between Great Britain, France, Japan, Italy and United States, that will convene here on December 6, will occupy none of the outstanding government building in White Hall, instead a suit of office has been hired in Clarence House, a Dignified old building at number 4 Matthew Parker Street and there in the somnolent atmosphere of Old London, the delegates of the five conferring powers will attempt to come to an agreement on an International Naval Program affecting all of them.
